Shipping & Delivery
All orders will ship FedEx ground and arrive within 3-7 business days to anywhere in the continental United States.
We strive to keep items in stock, but occasionally backorders happen. If a shipment will be delayed due to an item that is backordered, you will be notified via phone or email. Any items that are in stock will be shipped to you as normal. Backordered items will be charged to your card at the time of order placement and shipped to you upon receipt in our warehouse.
Missing or Damaged Shipments
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit please submit an inquiry here and our Customer Service team will reach out to assist in resolving the issue as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Unopened items can be returned within 90 days for a refund. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, submit your inquiry here and our Customer Service team will reach out to you with further instructions on how to return or exchange your item. Failure to submit an inquiry prior to returning items may result in the delay or dismissal of your request.
